Sydney WorldPride 2023 is now recruiting!


Sydney WorldPride 2023 presents a unique opportunity for our community to engage with and celebrate our
LGBTQI culture of Australia, Oceania and Asia on an unprecedented scale.

You can be a part of the design and delivery of an incredible program of events and entertainment
that showcases our Asia Pacific Region, our iconic city and amplifies our community message across the globe.

The time has arrived -- we are very excited to commence the recruitment of our team at Sydney WorldPride 2023.

These are the first roles to be advertised and will be based in our brand-new office at Oxford Street, Sydney.

These roles are being advertised initially as short-term contracts.

DIRECTOR OF ENGAGEMENT, COMMUNICATIONS AND MARKETING
Responsible for developing and implementing a world-class and cohesive marketing, communications and community engagement strategy for Sydney WorldPride. See the full position description and application details here.
 

DIRECTOR OF PARTNERSHIPS AND SALES
Responsible for the revenue of Sydney WorldPride, including sponsorship, ticketing, funding from government partners, philanthropic and any other commercial revenue streams. See the full position description and application details here.
 

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Leads the execution of strategies developed by the Sydney WorldPride Executive team. Oversees the daily finance, administrative and operational functions at Sydney WorldPride. See the full position description and application details here.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER / FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT (Part-time)
Leading the day-to-day financial accounting functions through the implementation of sound internal controls, structures and practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, policy and procedural requirements including statutory reporting and taxation matters. See the full position description and application details here.
